All three facilities are located in the central area, a few hundred meters from the Aurelian Walls and then from the center forming a triangle having at its center the Termini Station, the main point of access to Rome. All the three properties are away from Termini a short taxi/public transportation ride or twenty minutes on foot.

The three facilities are located in neighborhoods that have different characteristics but always interesting for those visiting Rome.
•    San Giovanni district is the real heart of the modern Rome. It  is located around the cathedral of Rome, the Basilica of St. John Lateran, the mother of all churches in the world
•    San Lorenzo is the university district of Rome, near La Sapienza University, the largest university in Europe. It is one of the Roman nightlife centers, with all the advantages - restaurants and bars for all tastes and all budgets, bars with live music - and weaknesses - any particular substance you are looking for you can find it in San Lorenzo - that this entails.
•    The Salario-Normentano is an elegant middle-class residential area, also home to many offices of major companies or public institutions and embassies. District is very hectic during the day and it becomes quiet in the evening while continuing to be very popular due to its numerous excellent restaurants.

Albeit with different characteristics, the three structures are linked by a similar level of hospitality.

We are always available to assist you during your stay in Rome.
